Dashboard wait times can vary depending on how long the current new-client queue list is. Generally speaking, our goal is to have your dashboard ready within 48 hours of connecting your accounts into the pipeline. Weekend wait times can be longer.
If you forgot your password or need to reset your password, which we recommend doing on a regular basis, you can retrieve a new password by going to portal.untitledfirm.com and selecting the “Forgot your password?” link.
Each type of data source has different refresh windows. Generally speaking, the dashboard will display new results every hour, but this can vary source by source.
When your accounts are first connected to the Untitled platform, the standard back sync is up to 1 year. If you would like a farther back sync window, you can request that via a support ticket. However, it will come with nominal data-fee for an initial setup. For more details, reach out to your account manager.
Data in your dashboard is near real-time. However, for various reasons, the data in your dashboard can run behind what you’re seeing in your accounts. This is because it takes time to get data copied out of your accounts and into the database. Each individual account has a different limit on how often we can pull in net-new data via APIs, thus the metrics in your dashboard may differ from what you’re seeing in your ad accounts. However, this is usually reconciled within a day.
If you notice your dashboard is running significantly behind (2-3 days) please submit a support ticket here so a member of operations can review any potential issues with your account connections.
Because there are numerous ways to set up an ad account, the information in each account often varies, specifically surrounding conversion tracking. At Untitled, we utilize a template for ad account setup and conversion tracking that organizes and optimizes around conversions pertaining to specific business goals like top-line revenue, ROAS, Cost Per Acquisition, web-form leads, etc.

A data filter exists on the right side of the dashboard. Click the funnel icon, and you’ll be presented with a list of attributes to filter your data by. There are a few date filtering options depending on what dashboard you’re viewing.

Near the top of the tool-bar, you’ll see a “PDF” icon. Select this icon, which will pull up a PDF export page. This will allow you to download a PDF of your whole dashboard. You can also download individual widgets as images by selecting the icon with three vertical dots, selecting “Download” and then selecting “Image.”
Can I hide the “Filters” and “Dashboards” panes on the right and left side of my dashboard? How do I navigate between dashboards?
Yes, you can. One the right and left side panes, there is a small arrow. By double-clicking this arrow, the pane will hide itself on the side of the page. Simply click the arrow to bring the pane back.
My agency of record manages my ad accounts, how do I work with them to get the accounts connected to my dashboard?
We gladly partner with agencies to help with reporting and analytics for their clients. If you want us to connect your agency ad account into your dashboard so you can see near real-time marketing results, please coordinate with your Untitled account manager. They will work with you and your agency on access and setup.
