Sisense Jumpstart Success: RevitaLash Cosmetics

RevitaLash Cosmetics is a Physician led, award-winning line of lash, brow and hair focused cosmetics. Established in 2006, much of RevitaLash’s growth was attributed to their online presence and the team was looking to take that to the next level through an extensive marketing dashboard, specifically related to Facebook Advertising. As a Sisense Jumpstart client, RevitaLash engaged with Untitled to reconfigure their existing dashboards in the Sisense platform with additional features and capabilities.

The Project:

Untitled utilized Fivetran and Snowflake to connect and centralize RevitaLash’s customer, performance, and advertising data from platforms like Shopify, Facebooks Ads, and Snowplow.

Specifically, RevitaLash requested a custom Sisense Facebook Advertising dashboard that would allow their team to monitor individual ad performance and manipulate ad parameters.  Utilizing a BloX widget, Untitled included a feature that permitted the RevitaLash team to toggle ad spend within the Sisense dashboard, reflecting within Facebook in real-time.

With valuable insights combined in a self-service dashboard, the RevitaLash analytics team and marketing specialists can now:

  • Easily monitor performance
  • Adjust ad spend from their Sisense dashboard
  • Get notified on performance KPIs including CTR, CPC, and more through Sisense

The Facebook BloX integration enables RevitaLash to control and take action on their Facebook Ad campaigns through the Sisense platform, providing faster time to insight.

With an extensive walk-through of Sisense’s features and dbt consulting from the Untitled team, RevitaLash is able to utilize valuable insights from the dashboards to scale their advertising efforts and guide critical decisions.
