Job Overview

Untitled is seeking a Junior Account Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have specific knowledge on eCommerce, focusing primarily on paid media campaigns and eCommerce best practices, ranging from web strategies, data collection, logistics, COGS analysis and more. In addition to launching paid media campaigns and general consulting, the ideal candidate should be comfortable with account management and client engagement. We are looking for an individual who is excited to work in eCommerce and can work closely with clients to help identify the best digital marketing strategies.

Candidates should have familiarity in modern web, logistics and digital marketing platforms, understanding the best way to leverage them. A proven track record of driving measurable value and revenue for a client is also a major benefit. They must recognize that each company is different and that campaigns need to be frequently adjusted to ensure optimal results. They must be able to derive information and insights from analytics and use empirical data for effective decision making.

Responsibilities
  • Client engagement and account management
  • Create reports that display valuable insights and KPIs for clients
  • Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon and other platforms
  • Leverage first and third party data to build custom audiences and lookalike audiences
  • Gather client brand assets, guidelines and photography for creatives developed by Untitled
  • Conduct thorough A/B creative testing to determine ideal ad imagery and copy
  • Show clear ROI by focusing on meaningful metrics
  • Conduct competitor analysis
  • Direct general eCommerce consulting sessions, including COGS analysis, logistics best practices, shipping and inventory practices and overall digital transformation consulting
  • Identify client upsell opportunities for our sales team
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of work experience in eCommerce or a similar field
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience working with eCommerce companies
  • In-depth knowledge of current ad platforms and technologies
  • General understanding of business best practices
  • General knowledge of data analytics and data activation
  • Ability to solve problems creatively
Bonus:
  • Fluent knowledge of data analytics software such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Experience using in-app Push Notifications
  • General understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience in Klaviyo or MailChimp
  • Experience using Google Merchant Center
  • Design and creative background
  • Photography and/or video editing capabilities
