Job Overview

Untitled is seeking a digital account manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both paid media campaigns and account management, along with an analytical mind. The position will focus on launching, monitoring and reporting on digital media campaigns to clients. We are looking for an individual who is excited to work in a wide range of industries and can work closely with clients to help identify the best digital marketing strategies.

Candidates should have familiarity in modern digital marketing platforms and the best way to leverage them. A proven track record of driving measurable value and revenue for a client is also a major benefit. They must recognize that each company is different and that campaigns need to be frequently adjusted to ensure optimal results. They must be able to derive information and insights from analytics and use empirical data for effective decision making.

  • Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, Amazon and other platforms
  • Must be able to adopt new platforms quickly and vet vendors accordingly
  • Leverage first and third party data to identify key audiences
  • Structure campaigns for flexible spends across different products and services
  • Create engaging copy that ensures relevancy and reduced ad spend
  • Use Google Analytics and similar tools to help determine ideal targeting
  • Conduct thorough A/B creative testing to determine ideal ad imagery and copy
  • Work with internal and external graphics teams for ad images
  • Show clear ROI by focusing on meaningful metrics
  • Create reports that display valuable insights and KPIs for clients using data analytics software and campaign reporting programs
  • 1+ years of work experience in the same or similar field
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience managing Amazon Ad Campaigns
  • Experience working with clients across multiple scales and industries
  • In-depth knowledge of current ad platforms and technologies
  • Ability to travel for work
  • Ability to solve problems creatively
  • Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience with Salesforce and similar CRM environments
  • Fluent knowledge of data analytics software such as PowerBI or Tableau
