Job Overview

As our dedicated Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute on all lead generation efforts. This includes managing several lead-generation tools, cultivating prospect relationships, performing online demos and executing a systematic follow-up process. You will work closely with our senior leadership and sales team to build and deliver on a methodical, repeatable lead-generation approach for our platform and marketing services. Your position in growing our prospect pipeline and expanding the data-driven brand of Untitled is critical to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the VP of Sales and VP of Client Services to build tools and tactics needed to cultivate new prospects, grow our sales pipeline and methodically move opportunities to close 
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to deliver consistent outbound communications
  • Prospect and respond to inbound leads to build and maintain a pipeline that will meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas
  • Maintain company CRM and assist in digital marketing and outbound communication efforts 
  • Demonstrate knowledge and benefits of our platform and marketing services and continually refine, educate and position value for prospective clients
  • Prepare and present presentations, proposals, contracts, and other materials as needed
  • Other awesome duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business, communications, marketing or related field preferred, not required
  • 2-5 years of inside sales or lead-gen experience 
  • A passion and proven track record for driving the early stages of the sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead generation, contact, presentation and relationship building. 
  • Knowledge of the software sales cycles preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and SalesLoft is preferred, not required 
  • Marketing automation and digital marketing experience added bonus 
  • Enthusiastic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills – loves fast-paced atmosphere and high-octane personalities

Great Income + Benefits:

  • Base Salary $35,000 + Commission & Performance Bonuses
  • Potential to earn $75,000+
