Eric Bickel recently joined the Untitled team as the VP of Analytics, bringing with him a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. Prior to joining Untitled, Eric served as the Director of Data Science at Papa John’s, working with data engineers and data scientists to design and deploy assets to help sell pizza more efficiently and effectively. Before his pizza days, he worked at Brown-Forman as Manager of Data Science where he developed price elasticity models to drive a revenue management platform.
Born and raised in Louisville, KY, Eric grew up wanting to be a storm chaser, specifically one who would chase storms in a helicopter. Although, he admits now that might not have been the best idea. The first job he ever had was mowing grass for his grandma and it’s still the only job from which he’s ever been fired. Realizing his lawn care career was limited, he went on to study economics at the University of Louisville before starting a career as an analyst and data scientist.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time and laughing with his wife, Santanna and watching movies and playing video games with his son, Huston (7) and daughter Harlow (5). If that’s not enough, Eric and his family have a house full of animals with three cats (Gus, Pumpkin and Pikachu), one dog (Roger), and a hamster (Cheese).
A 90’s kid at heart, Eric claims he never gets tired of watching Seinfeld reruns and if given the chance to set up a dinner party at any restaurant with any three famous people (living or dead), he’d choose to dine with Bill Nye, LeVar Burton and Mr. Rogers at Chuck E. Cheese to bring about the perfect 90’s themed meal.
While still relatively new to Untitled, Eric says he’s excited for what’s to come, “I’m looking forward to building great solutions for clients with a great team. There’s so much value to unlock when it comes to analytics modernization, and the excitement here to unlock it is unparalleled!”
